Weekly Workouts

Game Day Athletics exclusively offers on-going, open-booking, small group " Weekly Workouts " to provide our athletes with affordable, 60 Minute drop-in workout sessions to supplement their training regimen for only $25.00 per athlete

Weekly Workouts are designed & offered by the instructor to showcase their areas of expertise in athletic instruction.  Athletes must register 24 hours in advance to be able to attend the session, otherwise the instructor will take on private clients.  Sessions are limited in size.
