Want to be matched to a trainer or instructor? Email us your athlete's needs and we can recommend a trainer for you. Sessions are booked in 30-minute increments. To schedule 60 minutes, schedule two (2) 30-minute sessions.

Coach Michelle is a two-time All-America pitcher who led Rutgers-Camden to the 2006 NCAA Division III national championship and still holds numerous program records. After returning to Rutgers-Camden as head coach in 2015, she guided the team to its best seasons since 2007 and back-to-back NJAC playoff appearances. Her career also includes work as Drexel University’s Division I pitching coach and a celebrated tenure at Haddon Heights High School, where she has earned multiple conference, sectional, and state titles—including the 2022 State Championship and Tournament of Champions. A former Fordham standout and highly decorated high school athlete, she was inducted into the Camden County Sports Hall of Fame in 2016. Coach Michelle has been a professional fastpitch and all-skills instructor since 2006.

Bridgette Gilliano comes to GameDay Athletics with high-level experience and a genuine passion for developing the next generation of softball players. A former NCAA Division I athlete, Bridgette competed as a middle infielder and outfielder at both Mount St. Mary's University and the University of Nevada. At Mount St. Mary's, she earned Second Team All-NEC Conference honors and broke the school's single-season stolen base record. At Nevada, she closed out her collegiate career with a .330 average, 60 hits, and 37 RBIs — earning All-Mountain West Conference and NCFA All-Region Second Team recognition in her senior season. Beyond her playing career, Bridgette brings over three years of private instruction experience and served as a Varsity Softball Coach at Reno High School, where she helped athletes grow their skills, confidence, and love for the game. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Bridgette blends sports science with proven on-field technique to deliver instruction that's both smart and effective. She works with athletes of all ages and skill levels, specializing in hitting, infield, outfield, speed & base running, strength & conditioning, and agility development. We're thrilled to have her on staff — come see what she can do for your game.

Ray brings Division I coaching pedigree and professional playing experience to every lesson. He spent four seasons as Hitting Coach at Drexel University, helping build one of the top offenses in the country and leading the Dragons to their first-ever CAA North Division title in 2021. Before that, he coached at Rutgers University-Camden and began his career at Haddon Heights High School, where he helped the softball program capture five conference titles and a state championship. A standout player himself, Ray was a four-year varsity starter at Haddon Heights before playing collegiately at Camden County College and professionally in the Continental League. He coaches alongside his wife, Michelle Schlichtig-Hastings, and lives locally with their two sons.

Coach Abby is a Philadelphia native and Penn Charter graduate, where she helped lead her team to three state championships. She went on to play Division I softball at the University of Pennsylvania from 2019–2021, majoring in biology and serving as a Student Mentor for the Penn Athletics Wharton Leadership Academy. Abby began coaching in 2018 at Over D’Plate, working with pitchers and catchers, and later helped run exposure and recruiting camps at UPenn. She joined the Game Day staff in 2023 and is passionate about developing youth athletes, especially at the corner infield and catching positions.

Coach Gab is a South Jersey native and graduate of Williamstown High School. She began her coaching journey in 2022 rooted in the travel softball world. She has experience coaching 10u athletes all the way up to 18u athletes. Coach Gab is a dedicated, energetic, and passionate coach fully committed to youth sports and bringing together both the love of the game and strong player development. Her coaching philosophy centers around hard work, respect, and building a positive, team-first culture. She emphasizes fundamentals, skill development, game IQ, and strategic understanding. She has joined the GameDay staff in 2026 and offers several years of coaching experience to help benefit young athletes.

GameDay Athletics founder, Joe DiMento was named head coach at Penn State Abington in 2022 after four seasons on staff as top assistant, hitting coach, and recruiting coordinator — a tenure that included a school-record 33-11 season, a nation-leading offense, and the program's first-ever conference title and NCAA Tournament berth in 2019. Along the way, he helped develop 21 all-conference and nine all-region players, including NCAA Division III National Player of the Year Ryan McCarty, who went on to sign with the Toronto Blue Jays organization. Before Abington, Joe spent four seasons as Hitting Coach and Catching Coordinator at his alma mater, Rutgers University-Camden, helping the team win its first NJAC Regular Season Title and NCAA Tournament appearance. A four-year letterman and two-time team captain as a player, he graduated from Rutgers-Camden in 2014 with a degree in Marketing and Management.

Coach JT DeLuca graduated from Kingsway Regional High School and continues to play and coach, being awarded Tournament MVP at the Bridgeton Semi-Pro Invitational. Since 2018, Coach JT has provided private and team hitting, defensive and pitching instruction as a coach and instructor.

A former All-State, All-Catholic, and All-City left-handed pitcher, Colin Eiser brings a proven record of excellence to every lesson. During his playing career, Colin helped lead his team to six championships in two years and was ranked 13th in the state of Pennsylvania. In 2017, he was honored as a Preseason Under Armour All-American, and in 2018 was named MVP at Neumann-Goretti High School during his senior year. Colin went on to compete at the Division I level at Rider University, where he earned a degree in Psychology. Today, he serves as a law enforcement officer with the West Deptford Township Police Department while channeling his passion for the game into one-on-one baseball instruction. His training approach centers on personalized routines built to develop sound mechanics, build confidence, and prepare athletes for competition. Colin is dedicated to helping players reach their full potential — both on and off the field.

Jimmy Smiley
Coach Jimmy comes to GameDay from player development powerhouse, Tread Athletics in North Carolina, bringing an extensive baseball playing, coaching and data analytics background to the GameDay staff. Jimmy is a former D3 and D1 college baseball pitcher and captain at Whitman College at Columbia University. He is an Ivy League mechanical engineer and data analyst. In addition, Jimmy played professionally in the Czech Republic as a pitcher and bullpen catcher. He is currently the pitching coach for the Malaysian National Team

Noah Waldron joins the GameDay Athletics staff as a junior instructor, bringing a well-rounded baseball background to the team. A Collingswood High School graduate, Noah earned Colonial Conference first team recognition three times over — a testament to both his skill and his consistency at the high school level. His competitive career continued at Gwynedd Mercy University, he just finished his junior season. With a flexible and open schedule, he's committed to being available and accommodating for families at GameDay.

Tom Gosse

Currently the bullpen catcher with the Phillies AA affiliate, Reading Phightin' Phils, South Jersey native, Tom Gosse graduated from Haddonfield Memorial High school and played college baseball at Rutgers-Camden, where he was a standout leader throughout his career, serving multiple seasons as a team captain and earning recognition as the Scarlet Raptors’ Most Dedicated Player. A disciplined and reliable defensive catcher, he appeared in 52 games and also saw time at third base, contributing across several seasons with steady offense and strong defensive metrics.

Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens. Out of respect for our instructors and their time, we are only able to offer full refunds provided we have at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation.
Less than 12 hours, refunds will be given in the form of credits (assuming the lesson / event is paid in full). If a lesson is cancelled within 2 hours of the start time, the cost of the lesson will be charged.
